Radio-Telephone Conversation From Car
NEW YORK TO SYDNEY. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright). Received Sunday, 7 pm, SCHENECTADY (New York), Oct. 11. Engineers and officials of the General Electric Company lor the first time to-day succeeded in carrying on two-way radio-telephonic conversation with Sydney while touring in an ordinary motor-car. Short-wave communication was made with Station VK2ME, Sydney, which reported that conversation was fairly clear.
