REPRESENTATIVE HOCKEY.
HOROWHENUA v. TARANAKI. An outstanding sporting event is to take place on Monday next, when the Horowhenua hockey representatives will meet the Taranaki champions On the Levin Domain. Play is scheduled to commence at 2.45 pan.
Tn the evening, the visitors will be entertained in the Weraroa Hall at a grand dance organised by the Rovers Club. The engagement of Roy Lester’s Band for the evening should be an attraction.
