Chief Judge Dethridge announced in rthe Arbitration Court, “with regret,” that he was forced to disallow the registration of the National Union of •Bailwaymen of Australia as an organisation under the Commonwealth Conciliation and Arbitration Act, on a 'technical ground. TMs is the result of an appeal -against the registration granted in March. x
