llie popular question at this time of the year is “what’s new in jackets for the smart evening frocks?’’ Ihis question is answered by Wynne Libson with the bolero she has chosen for wearing in Paramount’s surprise picture, “If I Had a Million.” Over a gown of black velvet, Miss Gibson wears a hip-length bolero pocket of velvet, banded with ermine. The coat has large raglan sleeves, tapering into (severely tight which sets off the beautiful antique jewelled bracelet.
