The full text of President Roosevelt’s message received by the Gover-nor-General (Lord Bledisloe) from His Majesty the King, was released today by the Acting Prime Minister (Rt. Hon? J, G. Coates), together with the statement—- “ The New Zealand Government cordially welcome the step taken by President Roosevelt, and warmly appreciate the spirit which inspired it. They are in communication with His Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom as to how, in co-operation with His Majesty’s other governments, they may best assist in achieving practical results.”
