CLASSIFICATION OF ROADS. pUESUANT to the provisions of the Heavy 'Motor-Vehicle Regulations, 1932, public notice of the Minister’s approval to the classification of roads in the Horovvhenua County is published hereunder: — JN pursuance, and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the Horowhenua County’s proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and situated in Horowhenua County. SCHEDULE. Horowhenua County. Roads classified in Class Three: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor vehicle) which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than tons, or any multiaxled heavy motor vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 10' tons: — Main Highways. Wellington-Auckland via Taranaki Main Highway No. 1 (all that portion within Horowhenua County); FoxtonShannon Main Highway No. 59 (all that portion within Horowhenua County) ; Levin-Palmerston North via Shannon Main'Highway No. 60 (all that portion within Horowhenua County) ; Te Horo-Waihoanga Main Highway No. 373; Levin-Hokio Main Highway No. 374; Heatherlea-Foxton via Koputaroa Main Highway .No. 473. County Boiads. Addington; Arapaepae; Bolton; Bruce; Buller; Fairfield; Gear; Gladstone to Tararua Road; Hautere. Cross; Kawiu; Kimberley; McLeavey; Muliunoa East; Muhunoa West; North Manakau; Ohau West; Otaki Gorge from overhead railway bridge to' junction with Main Highway No. 373; Piaka; Queen Street; Eoslyn; Tararua; Te Waka; Waikawa Beach. Roads classified in Class Four: Available for the use thereon of any heavy .motor vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor vehicle) which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 6£ tons'-. — Main Highways. Roads classified in Class Five: Available for the use thereon of any heaver motor- vehicle (other than ‘a multiaxled heavy motor vehicle) which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 3 tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 4J tons: — Arawhata; Ashlea-Temukanui (to J.
