ACTRESS FOUND FATALLY SHOT.

Rutherford, was* found shot dead, in evening dress, on the floor of her West End flat. The charwoman said that Miss Saintsbury had deeply over her husband’s sui•cide and. constantly read his letters, -also her diary recording honeymoon in l ■c'idents. Her wounds were self inflict- : -ed. Captain F. W, Buckley Rutherford, aged 34, son of the late Sir Ernest "Victor Buckley Rutherford, of London, And husband of Helen Saintsbury, the Actress,' wa£ found dead in his dressclothes at the wheel of a car on a lonely road at MJcheldever, Hampshire, with the car light burning, on August "3rd. A workman discovered the tragedy early in the. morning, and saw that . Capt. Rutherford had received terrible head wo'unds., A German service revolver, with a chamber discharged, was "in the car. Captain Rutherford married Miss Saintsbury after her return from Australia in March, His first wife was Monica Bnrnand, and she divorced him. Helen Saintsbury divorced her ■first husband, Edgar Norfolk. Rutherford had recently seemed worried.
