SPECIAL JAP FORCE FOR MUKDEN Received Monday, 9:5 p.m. TOKYO, Sept.,s. For the maintenance of peace and order in Manchukuo, 450 specially trained policemen leave for Mukden tonight. A special session of the Diet closed last night. The Budget for meeting the urgent needs for relief of unemployment and- farmers was passed unaltered.
