World Must Pay up Says U.S. President

This Is the message of former President Calvin Coolidge, in a Copyrighted article appearing in the July issue of Hearst’s International Cosmopolitan Magazine, published to-morrow. Under the title, "Settling the War Debts,” and writing from the
vantage point of his own participation in negotiations toward settlement fre-xn 1921 to 1929, the former President explains how and why the debts were incurred, discusses the amounts for refunding, refutes arguments for cancellation, and finally takes a firm stand either for payment or for a revision of the settlement amounts.
