ONLY ONE BUSINESSMAN IN NEW CABINET Received Sunday, 9.30 p.m. PARIS, June 5. M. Herriot completed his Cabinet at 1.20 this morning. In addition to those already cabled M. Renoult takes the Ministry of Justice, M. Durand, Commerce; M. Dalarnicr, Labour; M. Sarraut, Colonics; M. Meyer, Merchant Marine.
The Cabinet has already been dubbed a ministry of intellectuals owing to the preponderouce of lawyers and academicals. It contains only one business man.
