MANGAORE TENNIS CLUB.
At the annual meeting of the Manga ore Tennis Club held on Tuesday Evening Mr I. B. Robinson presided 'over a large attendance of enthusiastic members. The balance sheet presented revealed a credit balance of £l2 4s lid. • The election of officers for the enduing year resulted as follows: —President, Mr A. B. Blackwood; vice-pre-sidents, Mr I. B. Robinson, Mr €. E. Elvines and Mrs Elvines; hon. seere'tary, Mr H. T. Hartley (re-elected); hon. auditor, Mr K. iS. Henry (re-elect-ed); club captain, Mr J. D. Campbell (re-elected); vice captain, Mr G. Owen; committee, Mr C. W. Saggers, Mrs Ventry Smith, Miss Joyce, and officers ex officio. It was decided to hold the opening day on Saturday, October 31st, to be followed toy a dance in. the evening.
