/ .. ,n CATALONIA WITHIN THE FEDERATION. (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) BARCELONA, April 29. Senor Campalans, Minister for Education in the new Catalonian State, informed the Daily Telegraph’s correspondent that Catalonia did not desire to be a distinct and separate country from Spain, merely one State within the Federal Republic. The northern provinces of Spain are certain to follow this lead. -
