Received Wednesday, 11.50 p.m. LONDON, April 29.

Suspected of murdering a woman, John Harrity, a farmer of Eathmullin, County Dongeal, put up an extraordinary fight against arrest. Upon receiving warning he seized a gun and ammunition, rushed to Lough Swilly and clambered into a boat. Four Civil guards manned another boat and went in pursuit.
