INSURANCE DIRECTOR ARRESTED.
CHARGE OF CONSPIRING TO DEFRAUD POLICY-HOLDERS.

The police raided the premises of the Southern Hemisphere Assurance Association, Ltd., and impounded the ledgers and documents. Alan Bull, company director, was later charged with having conspired with Arthur Brown to cheat and defraud policy-holders of the Association. The accused was the governing director.
