THE GOVERNOR AT MASTERTON.
ENTHUSIASTIC FAREWELL.
(By Telegraph—Press Association). MASTERTON, This Day.
The Governor-General and Lady Alice Ferguson paid a farewell visit to Masterton to-day. They were entertained at luncheon by the Borough Council at which there was a large and representative gathering. Speeches beficing the occasion ' were made. Later their Excellencies were accorded a public farewell, there being a large attendance from all over the district. They return .to Wellington this, afternoon.
