Aliotien Alan Gibaon, aged 39, a Canadian, was ordered two years' probation, to follow an equal terra which li is now serving, by Mr P. H. Harper, 8.M., in the Police Court thia inorning, on two charges of obtaining goods by false pretences, to which ho pleaded guilty.
