“I CAN’T GIVE YOU ANYTHING BUT LOVE.” Received Monday, 2 a.m. WETSBADEN, Sept. 15. The evacuation of the Rhineland began with the first detachments of British troops entraining for London. The Germau people farewclled them and there were no signs of bitterness. The bands played “Tipperary” and “I can’t give you anything but Love.”
