BIG COMEDY TO-NTGHX Starting off with a laugh, the feature "No Control." which heads tht> bill at the De Luxe to-night, keeps everyone in real good humour. Thestory of "No Control" dealing as it does with circus and business life, ha« distinct 'entertainment value. Thenis a lion in the action that will cause many a laugh. There is also a pranc<ing horse, who, having once been bitten by the lion, fears the monarch of the animal kingdom. How this fear is utilized by means of the radio in causing the horse t 0 win a gruelling race upon which the happiness of the hero and heroine depends is sure to please every one who sees the picture. There is an excellent cast, comprising Harrison Ford., the well-known comedian; Phyllis Haver, as the circus owner's daughter; Torn Wilson, blackfaced comedian, and Jack Duffy, noted Christie comedian, with conclude the cast. "No Control" can be shown to-night only, to allow preparations to be completed for snowing on Wednesday the 100 per cent, tochnicolour masterpiece "Viking."

WEDNESDAY'S SPECIAL 2N COLOURS. Something different, something novel' something new, is promised by the management for Wednesday. Hailed as the outstanding movie of the year, "The Viking" is one of the most beautiful pictures ever made. It is presented in natural colors, with a cast of all star proportions headed by the eminent actor, Donald Crisp, in thtf title role of Lief. Pauline Starke, appearing for the first time as a blonde, plays the leading feminine role of Jlelga, a Viking maid, and a more beautiful Norse maiden would be difficult to imagine. This exceflent little actress gives one of the greatest performances of her career, revealing a. screen personality of amazing brilliance, enhanced by the natural color effects produced by Technicolor. Also showing in conjunction with "The Viking" is a detective drama, above the ordinary entitled "Wolvesof the Underworld." There, are only a few who fail to appreciate a good detective yarn; the appeal, therefore, of "Wolves of the Underworld," must be universal. A young criminologist sets out to round up and capture a gang of couuterfeiteis. The method lie pursues is extremely novel, and one"that certainly holds the spectator spellbound. There are many thrills and at one point the action becomes sotense that it is only with diffieulty that one can control oneself. The cast includes many well-known players, including Imogene Bobertson, reported to be one of the most beautiful girls ever seen on the screen.
