BULGARIAN PRISONERS KILLED OR ILL-TREATED SHOTS ACROSS BORDER. Tim os Cable. Received Monday 7 p.m. SOFIA, June 23. Serbo-Bulga-rian frontier tension is increasing. The Serbs arc ooncontiated in a camp near Dolnalubata. Of COO Bulgarians who wore arrested round Basiligrad, most wore ill-treat-ed and others killed immediately. Serbian soldiers shot three Bulgarian peasants, one of whom was a woman and unprovokedlv fired on a Bul-garian patrol within Bulgarian territory.
