After bearing Dr. Streseraann’s report On the political conversations at Madrid .and Paris, Cabinet resolved that the Government is prepared to accept Mr Owen Young’s plan as the basis for a conference. The Governauent expects as a corollary the simultaneous and definite liquidation ot unsettled questions arising from the World War.
