SUN BATHING DANGEROUS.
WHEN CARRIED TO EXCESS. (By Telegraph—Proas Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. An Auckland medical man warns bathers against' excessive sun bathing. He says two classes of people should be especially careful —young children and adults not in the best of health. Many people who speak of suffering from a touch of the sun are blaming the sun directly whereas the truth is their over-exposure to it has rendered them liable to some other trouble.
The temperature in Auckland this week was about 85 in the daytime with a little fall at night. The heat was accompanied by oppressive humidity. The beaches are thronged after dark and in city rctsaurants many retheir coats.
