A PERSISTENT BANKRUPT
SENTENCED FOR OBTAINING CREDIT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) ‘ CHRISTCHURCH, This , Day.. Before Judge Adams, George Wilcox, who was in business in AshbuVtou as a garage proprietor and car agent, was sentenced to-day to three months ’ imprisonment for having obtained £2O credit from the Vacuum Oil Company without having disclosed the fact that he was an undischarged bankrupt. He was twice adjudicated bankrupt’ at Auckland seven years ago, ■ before he went to Ashburton and this year at Timaru.
