The Times Constantinople correspondent says the Afghan Majesties arrived from Sevastopol escorted by destroyers and were met by cruisers, torpedo boats and seven aeroplanes at the entrance ,to the Bosphorus. Large crowds collected and cheered them from the shores.
Amanullali alluded to the affection between the two countries, the Afghans regarding the .Turks as brothers.
