ELECTION NECESSARY. (By Telegraph—Press Association). WELLINGTON, This Day. Nominations for three seats on the Dairy Bear'd closed at noon. An election is necessary only in No. 3 ward where William Bryant, sitting member and William Lee were nominated. Mr •Grounds , chairman and Mr Dynes Fulton are the only nominations for No. 1 ami No. 2 wards.
