(Received Friday 7.35 p.m) LONDON Sept. 29. The Riga correspondent of the “Times” says the Soviet Ims instructed various Communist organisations to utilise to the utmost the celebration of their tenth anniversary on September 27th, to produce a Bolshevik revival, raising their prestige among the masses in Russia and auroad.
Great sums have been allotted'to agitation and demonstrations abroad, especially in European, Asiatic and American centres during the next two months, showing Bolshevik achievements.
Travelling exhibitions will visit Berlin, Paris, Vienna, Prague, Berne, Athens, Constantinople, Angora. Teheran, Tokio, Stockholm, Chicago and New York, where experienced agitators will expound Bolshevism. The Izvestia" says that 1400 foreign guests are expected and will be entertained for three weeks in Moscow and Leningrad, and will tour the country. They include sixty British, sixty Germans, thirty French and fifty Americans, and Indians, Egyptians and anti-imperialists throughout the world.
