GOOD FISHING PROSPECTS.
LOCAL RIVERS WELL STOCKED WITH TROUT. The trout-fising season opens ’tomorrow (October Ist), and anglers may look forward to better sport than they have enjoyed in this district for many years, as the rivers are now extremely well stocked and the fish are of excellent qualify. /Several licenses have been issued in Levin during the week, and there will probably be a rush of applications to-morrow in preparation for the week-end.
