SEQUEL TO FATAL OAR SMASH

Jack Brennan, driver of a taxi which overturned last night near Ruatoria, resulting in the death of Michael Hickey and minor injuries to the driver and two others, was arrested on a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a vehicle; also with causing bodily harm.
