Eeceived,this day, 99.40 a.m. London, September 266. v Sir James Parr, New Zealand High •Commissioner,' interviewed on his return from Geneva, said that Canada's election to the League| Council, with the support of the other Dominions, •could be interpreted as an indication that she would represent not only Canada, but the whole of the Dominions. It was in' this belief that the others supported the election. Australia and New Zealand would no doubt in future «occupy a seat in turn.
