JOINS THE DUKE AT STEWART ISLAND.
END OF THE TOUR IN SIGHT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. It was officially announced today that the Duchess of York will embark on the Renown late on Sunday night and proceed direct to Stewart Island, where the Duke joins the ship on the completion of his New Zealand tour. Owing to her recent illness it is desiredi that the embarkation of the Duchess at Wellington be quiet and private. The wharf will therefore be closed to the public and her Royal Highness will embark privately.
