PERSONAL.
The death is reported of Mr George Coley, aged 70, one* of the oldest arid best-known residents of Foxton.
Mr Howard Hunter, formerly, of Levin and now residing in Auckland, is a visitor for a few days.
Miss Ivy Middlemiss, L.A.8., has now returned to take up her residence in Levin after a year’s advanced study in Wellington. She has had as tutors such prominent musicians as Mr Robt. Parker and Mr Whittle (pianoforte) and Miss Helen Gardner (elocution) who returned from London earlier in the year with the latest methods and ideas in teaching. Miss Middlemiss will resume the tuition of the piano and elocution as advertised and her wider experience added to her own native talent should ensure her even a greater measure of success than formerly.
