CRISIS IN GERMANY.
ATTACK ON CHANCELLOR. ,(By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright.) BERLIN, Dec. 16. A sudden political crisis has arisen due to the Social Democrats’ decision to launch a no-eonfidenee motion owing to dissatisfaction with Chancellor Dessler, particularly his weakness in dealing with the Nationalists attempt to control the Reichswehr, Cabinet decided to accept the Reichstag’s decision. The Social Democrats seek the 'information of Cabinet on a basis‘of a big 'coalition, when they are sure to demand the Defence portfolio.
