GOLDFIELDS CONCESSION.
♦ RESTORED TO BRITISH OWNERS. (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.) LONDON, August 13. The Daily Express Moscow correspondent states, that the Council of j Commissars ratified the Lena Goldfields concession, which in effect restores the property to British owners.
