PERTH MURDER INVESTIGATED.
(Received This Day. 10.55 a.m.) PERTH, August 12. The inquest has opened at Fremantle into the death of Ruby Yen, who was found in a. bag in the harbour. The police gave evidence that the woman’s husband, Lepng Yen, had signed a statement setting out that his wife -wished to return home. He seized her to prevent her departure. She fought him and he hit her. She fell dead. He put the bodv 'into a bag and later hired d.motor car and went to Fremantle, where be dropped the bodv into the river from the railway bridge. The inquest was adjourned.
