COMPULSORY CREAM GRADING.
* MB. NASH DISSATISFIED. WELLINGTON, hast Night. Some little time ago, Mr. Nash aske«j the Minister of Agriculture whether he would introduce legislation this session for tfio compulsory grading of cream at all .dairy factories. To-day, Mr, Nosworthy replied that no decision had been reached, but the question was to be gone into at an early date. Mr. Nash said he was not quite satisfied with the answer he had been given. We had been told we must have the very best article to meet Danish competition, but what inducement were we giving when we were not encouraging good quality In cream?
