CHILD MURDER CASE.
AN ARREST MADE. (Received This Day. 12.25 p.m.) Melbourne, January 13. Colin Campbell Ross, arrested in connection with the murder of the girl Tirischke, appears in Court this morning. to collect die amount due from such contracts, and hoped in the circumstances the summons would, be withdrawn. The council, however, could not sec its way clear to alter the course it had adopted.
