LODGE CRICKET.

PALMERSTON DRUIDS DEFEAT LEVIN. A team from the Palmerston'Lodgeof Druids visited Levin yesteiday and engaged the Levin‘Druids in a cricket match.- The weather was perfect, and a most enjoyable game resulted. The visitors arrived short-handed, the vacancies being filled by local substitutes. The Levin team had first use of the wicket, and were dismissed for 54, to which total F. Fletcher contributed the good score of 32. Dennett was the most successful bowler for Palmerston, whilst Tolled and Pycroit shared the remaining wurkets. Palmerston replied with 127. tdaridge
