The wool sales aro proceeding. The catalogue totals 17,000 hales. The competition is mainly American, and for nice-conditioned wools. Prices for such are up a half-penny on last sales, the Continent securing the best lambs’ wool in competition with local mills. Merino is not wanted. Really super crossbred's are well up to last sale, or slightly above. Faulty and seedy lines are below last sale rates, or are not wanted. . Corrirdale realised 14d. The sal© is proceeding.
