AN EMPIRE MOVEMENT

The League of Empire scheme for the interchange of teachers is progressing. The London County Council has undertaken to extend the scheme considerably during the coming year, and is prepared to receive applications from he Dominions. Other authorities aio co-operating in the matter, which will ho fully discussed at the Imperial Edu_ cation Conference in Toronto in August.
