A Political Assassin
ARMENIAN DELEGATE’S NARROW ESCAPE. Received this day, 9.20 a.m, Paris, January 37. A young Armenian, after fruitlessly demanding money to enable him to return to his country, attempted to shoot Aharaonian, the chief Armenian delegate at the Allied Conference, the bullet grazing his chest. The youth pleaded that he desired to lay the blame on the Armenian President for his country’s hunger.
