A New Agreement.
FR AXCO-AM,ERICAN ALLIAXCE. P.eceived this day, 11.25 a.m. Ne\v_York, May 2. The New York Sun's "Paris correspondent states that the Foreign Office declares that M. Clemenceau and the United .States -will arrange an agreement between the United .States and France, whereby the United Stales will furnish troops to protect France in event of a German attack.
