(To tlie Editor.) Sir.— Motor bikes and pu-.i Like.-> run about Levin at uijjht without lights. To *ee one with a liglit is ;'.n exception. The other night, in Cambridge street, a lady had a basket knocked out of her hand by a man who was riding on the footpath. I was in the road a week belore, when a motor hike, without a light, ran past inc. I sang out. "No lisrht!" but the rider did not slacken hi.s pace. "Will the police have another field day and bring some of these breakers of the law to book?--! am. etc.. PEDESTRIAN.
