Large lettuce have arrived in Clio market tliis weeK, and priccs are easier. Very few swedes 5 are offering and high prices are rul-' ing. Parsnips aro in short supply and prices are good. Choice tabu, carrots and white turnips are In better demand. Spring onions, leeiks anu celery aro in good supply. The market is well supplied with rhubarb alower rates. The quality of Nei3>n green peas is good, andi they are realising better prices. Strawberries anu cherries and gooseberries are arriving ii, small parcels, and causing keen competition.
