PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby givsii that in pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section l(i of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," the Horowhenua County Council, at a special meeting held on the 13th day of March, 1915, adopted ii Special Order authorising the raising of a loan of £600 for the purpose of road construction in the Potts's Road Special Sating District. The cost of raising such loan to be paid out of the loan. A copy of the Special Order, which jvill be confirmed at a meeting of the Horowhenua County Council to be held on the 10th day of April, 1915, together with a description of the boundaries of the above-mentioned Special District, may be inspected at the County Office, Levin during office hours.
