Rifle Shooting.
I.KV I .V DEFENCE R fFLE CLUB. On Saturday afternoon the Levin Defence Hi lie Club fired its second competition in the fourth series of trophies, donated by Messrs Veitch and Allen and Rflrn. W. R. Ingram. The. afternoon was fine, and the light somewhat patchy. The breeze was also tricky, and made things rather difficult to judge at times. Conditions were seven shots and ono optional sighter at 200 and 600 yards. The competition also counts for Mr F. J. Glaekin's silver cup. The following are the scores:— 200 600 yds yds Hp. Tl. Rflm.
