[PSA FRKB3 ABBOnUTION.J GISBOItNE, February 9. Tiio Governor left Wairoa at 10 o'clock this morning and is expected to arrive in Gisborne this evening. Ho will be accorded a civic reception to-morrow, proceeding thence to turn ijh© first sod of the GisborneNapier Railway. Afterwards he will lay the foundation stono of Holy Trinity Church, and tlie new hospital. In the evening Hie Excellency will bo tendered an official dinner. The Governor had a rough experience on the last stage of the overland trip from Rotorua to Waikaremoana, and declares that the last ten miles was the roughest journey lie had ever experienced, tut he was delighted with the lake scenery.
