KRSTVM (Received This Day, 11-45 a.m.) BRUSSELS, November 14. The judgment in tho action brought by Princess Louise to enforce her claim against the late King's estate declares that bhe Niederfull-Back foundation is nonexistent, and that King Leopold's donation of £60,000 thereto forms part of his estate. The Belgium Government is ordered to surrended it. Plaintiff's claim to the remainder of the estate has been rejected.
