The Magistrate reserved judgment in the case in which the Inspector of Awards claimed I'OOO from Messrs I'ornnaclos a.nd Co., owners of the trawler "Phantom,"' for a breach oi the Act, which the Inspector alleged constituted a lockout. I'Voin the evidence it a geared that the owners wanted the men to agree to work on shares, and as this wa.s refused it was alleged the steamci wa.s la-id up and work suspended.
