To Australia, South Sea Islands, Canada, etc., each newspaper Id; to United Kingdom, Id by direct steamer, by other routes Id for first Bozs, and id each additional 2ozs. To other countries, for the first 4ozs Id, each additional 2oz id. The weight o'f newspapers for transmission to Australia and British New Guinea at the Id rate is restricted to 20ozs. for each copy; for each lOozs or fraction thereof additional id.
