McGrath Not To Defend Singles (By Telegraph-Press Association.) • WELLINGTON, Nov. 12. The Tennis Association has been informed by V. B. McGrath, of Australia, the New Zealand tennis singles champion, that he will not defend the title at the Timaru tournament in January owing to the impossibility of resting between that tournament and the Australian championships.
