KANNA SOLD TO JAPAN
By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, “ept. 7. The Union Steam Ship Co.'s cargo steamer Kanna has been sold .0 Japanese buyers, and it is understood that she is to be converted into scrap metal in Japan. She is a steel steamer of 1948 tuns gross and was built at Leith, Scotland, in 1911.
